Slow Cooker Korma with Lamb Shank

Ingredients

2x Hungry Elephant Korma
Lamb shank or 500g diced lamb
1 Onion 
2 Cloves Garlic 
250g Rice or 2x Naan

Method

.
  1. Marinate lamb shank overnight 
  2. Seal in a pan along with onions and garlic
  3. Add to slow cooker along with korma sauce 
  4. Cook for 3-5 hours or until lamb meat falls away from the bone 
  5. Serve with rice/naan
