Method
.
- Dice paneer in to 2cm chunks and marinate over night in the fridge.
- Add butter to a heavy bottomed pan and melt on a low heat
- Dice onion and add to pan along with paneer.
- Turn up to a medium heat and fry until the onion goes clear.
- Pour butter sauce in to the pan and cook until heated all the way through
- Serve with rice and/or naan
