Bish Bosh Butter Chicken Meal Kit

25g Butter

60g Paneer

1 Onion Rice/Naan

Method

.
  1. Dice paneer in to 2cm chunks and marinate over night in the fridge.
  2. Add butter to a heavy bottomed pan and melt on a low heat
  3. Dice onion and add to pan along with paneer.
  4. Turn up to a medium heat and fry until the onion goes clear.
  5. Pour butter sauce in to the pan and cook until heated all the way through
  6. Serve with rice and/or naan
