Korma Noodle Soup

Ingredients

Hungry Elephant Curry House Korma
400g Coconut Milk
Mixed Vegetables
1 portion of rice noodles

Method

.
  1. Heat Korma sauce with 1 tin of coconut milk
  2. Add vegetables such as sliced pepper/carrot ribbons/green beans if you wish
  3. Add 1 portion of rice noodles
  4. Heat until all of the vegetables and noodles are cooked
  5. Serve with fresh coriander and sliced chillies.
