King Prawn Tikka Masala

Ingredients

Takeaway Tikka Masala
165g King Prawns
1 Onion
Double Cream (Optional)
Rice and/or Naan

Method

.
  1. Marinate King Prawns in the fridge over night.
  2. Dice onion and fry off with a tablespoon of oil, over a medium heat, until the onion goes clear.
  3. Add marinated King Prawns to the pan and fry until they turn pink.
  4. Pour tikka sauce in to the pan and cook until heated all the way through.
  5. Stir in a splash of double cream to finish (optional)
  6. Serve with rice and or/naan.
