Method
.
- Marinate King Prawns in the fridge over night.
- Dice onion and fry off with a tablespoon of oil, over a medium heat, until the onion goes clear.
- Add marinated King Prawns to the pan and fry until they turn pink.
- Pour tikka sauce in to the pan and cook until heated all the way through.
- Stir in a splash of double cream to finish (optional)
- Serve with rice and or/naan.
