Chilli Garlic Stir Fry

Ingredients

Hungry Elephant Gunpowder Chilli Garlic Meal Kit
250g peeled & shelled prawns
2x noodle nests
Mixed Stir Fry Veg

Method

.
  1. Marinate prawns for at least 20 minutes
  2. Soak dried noodles in hot water
  3. Stir fry vegetables and meat 
  4. Add chilli garlic sauce and soaked noodles 
  5. Stir fry for a further 3 mins or until noodles and sauce are heated through.
  6. Serve with fresh sliced chillies and coriander.
