Chicken Korma

Ingredients

Curry House Korma Meal Kit
2 Chicken Breasts
100g Cauliflower (cut in to chunks)
Halved cashew nuts (optional)
Rice and/or naan

Method

.
  1. Dice chicken breasts and marinate overnight in the fridge
  2. Heat a table spoon of oil in a heavy bottomed pan. Add marinated chicken and cauliflower. Fry on a medium heat until chicken is cooked through.
  3. Pour Korma sauce in to pan and cook until heated through
  4. Serve with rice & or naan and finish with cashew nuts (optional).
