Butter Chicken Samosas

Hungry Elephant Bishbosh Butter Chicken
2- 3 Chicken Breasts
Filo Pastry (cut in to 10cm wide strips)
2tbsp melted butter  


  1. Cut chicken in to small pieces and marinate for at least 20 minutes
  2. Pan fry chicken until golden & crispy and cooked all the way through
  3. Mix with half of the butter sauce
  4. Add a spoonful of the filling to the end of the pastry
  5. Fold the corner up to cover filling, fold over wrapped filling to form a triangular shaped parcel.
  6. Continue folding the parcel, ensuring points are tucked in to prevent filling seeping out. 
  7. Brush the completed samosa all over with melted butter and place on baking tray
  8. Bake in the oven @ 190oC for 15-20 minutes
  9. Serve remaining butter sauce as a dipping sauce
